About Light On Speech & Literacy LLC

We are a warm, child-centered speech and literacy clinic dedicated to illuminating the path to confident communication for every child.

Light On Speech & Literacy was founded on the belief that children can thrive when they feel safe,  seen, and encouraged. Our story began with a mission to bridge the gap between traditional speech therapy and specialized literacy support. We understand the unique challenges families face and strive to create an environment where progress is fueled by multi-sensory learning and curiosity, ensuring that every child has the tools they need to shine at home, in school, and in their community.

What We Value

  • Empowerment: We help children build confidence in their written and verbal communication abilities so they can express themselves, advocate for their needs, and confidently interact with people and the world around them.
  • Creativity: We design therapy that taps into each child's unique strengths, interests, and learning style, using playful, creative activities so practice feels meaningful, motivating and fun.
  • Family Partnership: We view parents and caregivers as essential members of the therapy team, offering education and practice strategies so they feel supported while helping their children make progress at home.
  • Multi-Sensory Learning: We use visual, auditory, and hands-on activities, helping each child's brain light up and make new connections leading to skill development.
  • Reliability: We provide consistent, dependable care by showing up prepared and tailoring your child's treatment plan to fit their needs each session.
